Understanding tourists' feedback on using Mysejahtera is critical for tourism recovery in these destinations, and even more so for countries like Malaysia and China, where national Contact Tracing Applications (CTA) are mandatory. However, Previous surveys on CTA use have mainly focused on voluntary CTA users, using qualitative research methods. In this research, Chinese overseas students in Malaysia are included as the reference group, and Chinese tourists with experiences traveling overseas are put into the experimental group. A total of 890 questionnaires were collected and taken as the original data to carry out the Chi-squared and Mann-Whitney U tests. Meanwhile, the experiment implemented a multiple linear regression mechanism to explore the variables that may improve the app Mysejahtera, with further analysis being conducted. According to the results, language issues are the most significant barrier to Chinese visitors using MySejahtera; the inability to register with a Chinese mobile phone number and the need to register a permanent address in Malaysia have a significant negative impact on the use of MySejahtera; and visitors' trust in science positively related to MySejahtera use.

It is universally known that breastfeeding provides a broad spectrum of nutritional and non-nutritional advantages to the developing infant. Nonnutritive protecting potentials of breast milk towards different infections and non-infectious diseases are still attracting the attention of researchers in different specialties. The neonate, who is suddenly exposed to a wide variety of organisms, is in dire need of protection, enhancement and education of his immature immune system to encounter these organisms. The lactating mammary gland is an integral part of the common mucosal immune system which stands as a sentinel in combating pathogens that enter the body via the mucosal route. The common mucosal immune system also competently controls tolerance mechanisms to innocent proteins and is involved in surveillance of carcinogensis. The diverse roles of general mucosal immunity are nearly well established but the specialised functions of breast tissue and breast milk in boosting the immune responses need more emphasis and highlighting. The detailed understanding and evaluation of breast milk as an immunological tool is reviewed within the domain of the diverse activities of the common mucosal immune system.

The placenta constitutes a physical and immunological barrier against infectious agents. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are essential components for the induction of innate immunity responses in different human tissues including the placenta. We investigated the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in the decidua and amniotic cells in non-inflamed placenta and placenta with infection.

BACKGROUND: Biomarkers by definition are measurable molecules that mark the evidence of certain pathological processes. Collaboration of various biomarkers influences morbidity of schsitosomiasis in Egypt.

OBJECTIVES: To identify the biomarkers: CRP, IgE, hemoglobin, ferritin, vitamin D, and platelets in terms of relationship with active and chronic schistosomiasis; demographic data, and their interinfluence.

    STUDY DESIGN: A cross-sectional study.

METHODS: Parasitological analysis of stool and urine samples, Indirect Hemagglutination Test, Enzyme linked Immunoassay, Hematology Analyzer, and Statistical Package SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 25.

RESULTS: Out of 400 participants, 25% suffered of schistosomiasis: active S. mansoni infections in 7 cases (1.75%), S. haematobium infections in 6 cases (1.5%), and chronic schistosomiasis infections in 20 cases (5%). Creactive protein (CRP) likewise IgE levels were higher in active S. mansoni and S. haematobium infections when compared with chronic schistosomiasis. IgE levels appeared to affect infection intensity in S. haematobium. Inversely, hemoglobin (Hb) values were low in active schistosomiasis and upgraded in chronic infection (*p<0.05). Ferritin levels varied in active Schistosoma infection and normalized during chronicity. Vitamin D was reduced in active and chronic schistosomiais. Platelet counts were within normal ranges throughout the study groups. Distribution of ferritin, vit D, and platelets was statistically insignificant among Schistosoma infected population. Age affected only hemoglobin, CRP, and IgE biomarkers. CRP and IgE were in direct relationship together and inversely proportional with hemoglobin (*P <0.05).

CONCLUSION: Anemia increased proportionally with biomarkers of inflammatory stress (CRP and IgE) in early infections. Meanwhile, Hb and ferritin (iron stores) improved during chronicity. Hypovitaminosis-D associated the entire course of schistosomiasis while platelet counts were not affected.
